This residence is located on a beautiful wooded lot. The front of the house is designed to afford privacy from the street, while the back provides a strong visual connection between the living spaces, the pool, and the backyard. We determined that an “L” shaped plan, with the main living room oriented at a 45 degree angle, maximized the view and took best advantage of the southerly exposure. This house has a unique “personality.” It is composed of clean minimalistic spaces, which taken as a whole, create a warm, inviting atmosphere.
